We Want You To Feel Seen

Taking portraits that are uniquely yours

Going into booking a photoshoot, we don’t only care about taking pictures that are gorgeous but photos that will make you feel truly seen.

When going into a photoshoot, we take extra care to learn about what it is you are wanting to achieve and the story that backs up your photoshoot.

Once we start the creative process of planning the photoshoot, I will send you a couple of options for what we can do at the photoshoot!

Here’s actually an example of what that has looked like from a conversation I have had with a previous couple. They filled out the questionnaire with lots of detail for me to go off of!

  • My first idea is we could do something based off wanting to visit Rome by going somewhere that gives a similar vibe. Somewhere with a lot of architecture! The first place that comes to mind is the St Marta Church.

  • Another location that could work, that might lean into discovering new places is Mercer Botanical Gardens! They have lots of variety but they can also get quite busy with photographers, as it is a well known location for portraits. (They also have some sculptures that could be cool to interact with)

  • To lean into the more urban look, we could do photos outside a mall? Or somewhere that has a more urban vibe to it? And then wherever we go, you could try recreating the same feel as being on your first date by wearing something similar! Or you could wear what you did to your first date to really bring it all back :)

Now to get into some more ideas that might be more out there (But could be really cool if your looking for more of an adventure)

  • To lean into the lifeguard moment. I imagine you guys spent a lot of time in the water so a thought that come to mind is going somewhere where we can interact with the water? I'm not saying you guys should where swim suits but with a location I know of, we could get some really cool photos where you both are in the water. Think like a white dress flowing in water kind of moment! (I can send a reference if this is something you're curious about).

  • And last but not least, we can lean into the bowling alley hobby! It would definitely be more colorful and retro like. But if you'd be up to it, we could even do some photos at a bowling alley! Take some portraits and then I can leave you to have a bowling date afterwards!

I love to put a lot of thought into each of my photoshoots and create portraits that represent the things you enjoy.

If this is something that you would be interested in- being truly seen and have some fun with creativity, then reach out!

Let’s get started on capturing your most unique self
