Quit Chasing Perfection

We're human, not robots.

It’s been an interesting time watching as AI continues to grow and turn into something we can’t even distinguish from ourselves. At this point, I’ve accepted that their are videos I’ve interacted with that may have no been real.

This poses an interesting question though.

What’s the point of anything if AI is just going to be the perfect solution?

That’s the thing though. We’ve been fed the feeling that we need to be perfect. Everything in life now has quick solution. Wanna lose weight? Well there’s a quick cure. Wanna eat? Deliver the food right to your door. Wanna watch a movie? Well might as well just generate it from scrap cause why not.

I fear we’ve lost the point. As things are progressing like this, it’s becoming more obvious. I just wonder when people will finally see what’s happening.

Are we really going to end up like the WALL-E movie?

It’s corny, but life is about the journey. Historically as people we created dance, music and art from the start as an act of expression and just because AI is here, doesn’t mean we should quit.

It feels hopeless, but I truly believe that we need art now more then ever. Our own renaissance era of sorts.

And that’s where my passion for photography comes in. Because here, we aren’t about the perfect or fitting in the mold. But the moments we intentionally create. Capturing them for generations to come. Making history of our own. Something real.

When booking a photoshoot with us, we intentionally make time, not just for ourselves, but for those we love the most. Capturing moments together!

AI will never be able to create the feeling of holding your favorite person close or skipping together in golden rays. That feeling is what it’s all about!

Here, we make art.

the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.

the definition of art

More then ever before. As companies and billionaires try to replace the human act of art, human art will become an act of resilience.

So let’s rebel and make some portraits that are real AND sustainable.

Uniquely yours,
