No Moment Like Right Now

Capturing the moments so you can live in them.

You may be thinking to yourself and waiting. “I don’t want to book a photoshoot until I lose some weight.'“ “Photoshoots are for those special occasions.” “I don’t really feel like my story is unique enough to make a photoshoot out of.” What if I told you that there is no better time than now?

Something that I really strive for even in my closest relationships and through my art is that I want people to be heard and to feel seen It’s something that I am really passionate about. And there is no more fulfilling way to be truly seen then with a photoshoot catered uniquely to you.

When scrolling through social media, you find things that are relatable. And in little ways, you want to be able to relate or have a shared feeling to be apart of a group. On a wide scale, I truly believe this has led to a lack of individuality and a discomfort to share things that may not go with what the common people are saying. Our friends, our family, our peers. We feel a need to relate to feel included.

I believe that all people are different. Down to the little things we do everyday. Our daily routines. Our hobbies. Our relationships. And through photography, I want to capture that. That uniqueness. What makes you so special! Let’s capture your quirks, what’s imperfect. Because no one is like you, and there’s no truer self than who you are right now. You are worth the time and the attention. Take up space! Share your story, your perspective! Without it, the world is incomplete.

So even if you may not feel special or like you are ready for a photoshoot. Remember that your are living your life right now! You are paving your path and are on your journey. Don’t get so caught up in the destination and the goal all the time. You’re living it right now. Take a breath and smell the flowers (and maybe book a photoshoot 👀). Your journey deserves to be captured, no matter what part you are in! And I most definitely want to hear ALL about it.

Let’s collaborate and make some ART!

Have a weird day,

Chloe Conlin
