Moments Turned to Tangible Art

Why printed photography and artwork is so important.

I know we have all experienced this. You have this one photo you really love to show off, but as you start looking for it, you find yourself swiping and scrolling through a never-ending disarray of photos. As you finally find it and get to appreciate it, as soon as you click away it disappears once again into the endless gallery of pictures. Do you really get to appreciate your favorite moments if you have to go through that much work just to see them?

Well there are some great solutions to this never-ending problem. Especially as we grow and continue to capture our most cherished moments.

Wall Art

A great way to make sure that your pictures never get lost in your phone is to hang them somewhere in your home. With wall art, you may then relive the energy and moment captured in your pictures every day. On hard days, there is just another reminder to what makes you most happy. Having pictures hung up on your wall can actually effect your mood on the daily!Just make sure to hang up the ones that really make you feel that special kind of way.

Framed, on a canvas, or even painted portraits are all things that Chloe Conlin Photography provides as well! Through us, we will make sure you receive the highest quality so that you may appreciate every detail that lays within your pictures!

Albums

Maybe you aren’t one to hang portraits on your walls. Maybe there is no more room on your wall? Well another great way to make sure your portraits are never forgotten is to put them in a picture album.

Albums may not have the same effect as wall art because you don’t see these pictures as often. But instead you have them in a convenient to access book! On a hard day, you can reach for your picture album and relive the moments with you or your favorite people all over again. As we grow older, the album becomes a beautiful memory book as well. It’s hard to think now that we would really need something we could share as we get older- we may even try to avoid and deny the fact that we do age. But the beauty in it is that photo albums provide a forever-lasting memorial to the people we used to be. For example, in the future we may have grandkids or friends and you’ll bring out your photo album and say, “senior portraits? Look at how I used to look when I was that age!'“ It’s truly a beautiful thing to age and have experienced things. It makes us human!

So yes, tangible art is so important to us and it’s what makes us human. It’s our history, our stories. What makes us beautifully unique! A reminder that we should be celebrated and forever cherished as our own. And our stories can forever live on as we pass our stories on to those we love.

Hope you have an awesomely weird day,

Chloe Conlin
